Soniya leads our Vastu practice, the speciality that sets Surbhi Properties apart. A certified Vastu consultant, astrologer and counsellor, she helps clients choose Vastu-compliant homes, shops and offices, treats land before development, balances ready properties and gives Astrovastu guidance on the right property and the right time to buy or sell.
With an M.Sc., an MBA in Operations Management and 7 years of experience, she also oversees operations, documentation and client coordination, so every transaction moves smoothly and every detail is accounted for.
